No Substitite for Hard Work

One of the great things about real estate is that there is no clearly defined path for success. Some get into the profession at an early age, while others make their debut later in life. Some come from real estate families and have been around the industry all their lives, while others are relative newcomers after spending years in a completely different line of work. But there is a common theme that connects most successful Realtors, and that is the relentless work ethic, commitment and dedication they exhibit in their profession.

Stacey Buchhorn started in real estate in 2015, embarking on a late career change after holding various positions in customer service, management consulting and project management in the automotive, pulp and paper, and oil industries. The knowledge, experience, and transferable skills she developed in her past roles have ultimately led to a nearly seamless transition to her present career.

“I believe there is no substitute for professionalism, hard work, patience, strong industry relationships and a deep comprehension of the market,” notes Stacey. “I love what I do everyday and get an incredible sense of enjoyment in the journey I take with my clients, responding to their individual needs and appreciating the special qualities of their homes.”

Specializing in residential property on the Sunshine Coast - from Langdale to Pender Harbour - Stacey’s successful transition into real estate is evident by her five consecutive Medallion Club Awards recognizing her as being in the top 10% of more than 14,000 Realtors in the Greater Vancouver region. In 2020 she also achieved President’s Club honour, which places her in the top 1% of Realtors from the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board.

Along with a steadfast commitment to marketing her clients’ properties in the most thorough and professional means available, she exhibits an unwavering loyalty to those she works with including the same photographer since day one. She is also intent on focusing on all avenues of marketing including high quality print, digital advertising and social media in an effort to achieve the greatest possible value for her client’s greatest investment.

“I feel honored to have received some wonderful testimonials from my customers,” she says. “My biggest win happens every time I see the excitement and satisfaction in my clients with their purchase or sale.”
