Ian has been honoured by numerous community service organizations as the 2002 and 2016 Qualicum Beach Citizen of the Year. Within the industry, the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board has recognized him for outstanding achievements with the 2007 Realtor of the CARE Award and again as 2017 Realtor of the Year.
